* Unlimited plans are not truely unlimited. We consider unlimited to be a small business that uses the telephone in a typical manor. Call centers cannot use our unlimited service and must instead use our other service designed for call centers. To order this service call 1-(888)-510-3614. 911 is not your typical 911 service and instead uses what is call e-911. e-911 will connect your emergency call to trained personnel and will rely upon your address in the system as your emergency location. If you have moved or have taken your phone service away from your address you must notify the e-911 operator of these changes or you will not get the services you need. Also e-911 is available in most areas of the U.S. and Canada but are not guaranteed to be available in your area.

The amount shown for the per month charge is not your total amount you will pay. There are taxes and regulatory fees associated with your bill as are with all phone companies. Sales tax state, local, and federal, e-911 regulatory fee, recovery fees, and long distance fees not covered in your plan plus equipment rental may be included in your bill. Setup fees and first month services are due in advance. All bills are billed in advance and are due and payable either by credit card via PayPal or by check. They are billed on the 1st of the month and are due by the 15th of the same month. However bills are sent to you on or shortly after the 15th of the previous month. Late charges of 2.0% p/month are charged on late accounts and those that are sent to collections are charged for any and all collection costs, and or attorney fees or court costs. You agree that you personally guarantee the account and fees associated there with. If you are married your spouse will have to sign and or agree to the terms therein.
